Memories from 14 Years of A Slice of Brooklyn Bus Tours

14th anniversary banner

It’s been 14 years since we started our very first bus tour back on August 1, 2005. Back then it was just the Pizza Tour and, at the time, we didn’t know that we’d be here 14 years later with three other great tours. But we’re sure glad we are!

From the very beginning, owner Tony Muia has had one goal in mind:

“I wanted to create an easy way for visitors to hop on a bus in Manhattan and experience Brooklyn from a native’s perspective. When I started doing tours twelve years ago, tourists didn’t consider Brooklyn a travel destination. Nor were tour guides bothering to go to Manhattan to pick people up by bus and bring them to Brooklyn. So I took it upon myself to introduce people to my hometown, to create a new way to see the borough and, in the process, become Brooklyn’s official ambassador.” – A Slice of Brooklyn Bus Tours owner, Tony Muia
So THANK YOU for letting us do what we love doing for 14 years!

Our goal is to continue showing you why Brooklyn is the best place in the world and why our motto is:

Then came our Christmas Lights Tour of Dyker Heights!

Next we brought you our Brooklyn Chocolate Tour (which now includes a pizza stop)!

In 2012 Travel Channel did a show about us called “Slice of Brooklyn”!
