We might be a little biased, but Brooklyn is one of the best places in the world to capture the perfect photo. From world-famous bridges to breathtaking views, here are some of our favorite places to take pictures in Brooklyn.
1. The Brooklyn Bridge.
You can’t visit Brooklyn without snapping a shot of the Brooklyn Bridge. Plus, a photo of the Brooklyn Bridge is guaranteed to get a ton of likes on Facebook.
2. Green-Wood Cemetery
The gothic revival architecture, views and famous headstones at Green-Wood Cemetery make for a fun day of photography.
3. Boathouse on the Lullwater of the Lake in Prospect Park
The Beaux Arts style building was seen in Scorsese’s movie The Age Of Innocence. Take a photo there, so it will also be seen on your Facebook page!
4. Brooklyn Bridge Park
See Manhattan’s stunning skyline from Brooklyn Bridge Park. All the best views are in Brooklyn.
5. Brooklyn Botanic Garden
Spend hours exploring the beauty of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. There’s so much to see that it’ll be hard for you to decide what to take pictures of first.
6. Valentino Pier
Valentino Pier on the Brooklyn waterfront has one of thee best views of the Statue of Liberty. That’s why we take you there on our Brooklyn Chocolate Tour.
7. Grand Army Plaza Memorial Arch
The Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Arch at the Grand Army Plaza is also known as Brooklyn’s Arch de Triomph (but we like ours better than the one in Paris).
8. Coney Island
Whether you shoot the rides at Luna Park, a selfie with your Nathan’s hot dog or the scene strolling along the boardwalk, photos of Coney Island are always a hit.
9. The Manhattan Bridge from Washington Street
Last but not least is one of the most popular, and Instagrammed, places to take pictures in all of Brooklyn. You might recognize it from the film Once Upon a Time in America (or from all over social media).
