The most extravagant Christmas light displays in the country are located in the Dyker Heights section of Brooklyn, aka “Dyker Lights.” Over 100,000 people flock to this area every year to see the most over-the-top decorations. Now in its 17th year, this is the original and most authentic tour of the area. Don’t settle for cheap imitations. We don’t just drop you off in the area. We know the homeowners personally and escort you around like you’re family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas Lights tour and highly recommend it to others. We were taken to several neighbourhoods to view the magnificent lights, with plenty of time to walk around and take photos. Our guide was super friendly and gave us a great history of the area as we drove and walked around the neighbourhoods.

As it had snowed the day of our tour, that was an added bonus for us to experience the lights with the snow, as being from the Southern Hemisphere this was very different to our usual Christmas experience. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

This is our second time on a tour with A Slice of Brooklyn Bus tours-the first time, we did a pizza tour which we enjoyed so much that we came back for the lights tour. It was my birthday and it was a great way to celebrate. The tour was fabulous. Seeing Bayridge, then Dyker Heights and finishing with the Sam the Greek house was just what I wanted (I love seeing Christmas lights on my birthday).

Once again, Marc was our tour guide and we even had the same bus driver! #marcandedwin #dreamteam I highly recommend this tour to anyone. Next up for us will be the chocolate tour!

We did the Dyker lights tour on our last night in New York and what a way to end our time there! Marc our tour guide was fantastic making us laugh and sharing his knowledge throughout the whole tour! Then to see the houses what an experience they were just outstanding and incredible to look at. What a brilliant tour and one I’d recommend to others!!
